As do the lvl 65 lieutenants and stuff that roam the halls. Using a bard or rogue, pull one using aggro range or zero-damage and fade/escape it off. Lather, rinse, repeat as often as necessary to get this nitwit out of the zone, if not out of the game.
Repeated /report and /petition may get something done about it as well. Hell, send a direct tell to anyone who shows up in /eho all GM. And post their name/server to the eqlive, rpgexpert, eqdiva, mq, xylobot, safehouse, eqtraders boards... That should make their game play much more exciting.
This is all appropriate for AFK macroers, imo. I run a similar routine for grinding AAs when I don't have a group, but it's always attended, I answer every camp check and tell immediately, and I send tells to anyone who pops into the room while I'm kiting, just to show I'm there and aware. I got trained once by some dumb bard who tried to clear me out of a spot, but my loose mobs aggrod him and pounded him to pulp, and I killed off his train. The whole time I berated him and told him to get his stinking corpse out of the room I was hunting in.
No AFK macroing. Dammit.
