That's just ... wrong. I mean, really. If a merchant was bugged and not giving an item to you that you paid money for, they'd give you a refund. It's happened to me before. That just makes no sesne that they'd consider the Casino any different. Now, on the other hand, if everyone that wasn't making a profit from the casino had something to say about it, sure, that's a good reason for the policy. I agree with the policy in that aspect.
