I have a couple of thoughts for you on this point:
1.) Encypted text may look pretty suspicious if anyone is actively monitoring tells.
2.) If there is monitoring going on, and they are watching for MQ users (both of which I tend to doubt, there aren't enough people to keep up with petitions, reports, etc. as is), then a simply using substitute words would work. For instance, replace macroquest with pontiac and macro with grand prix so "I cant get my macroquest twisting macro to work right" becomes "I can get my pontiac twisting grand prix to work right" (and no one who owns a grand prix will view this as a suspicious statement, except maybe by the lack of profanity). More importantly, any sniffers looking for key words wont pick any up.
