Maybe an idea wouyld be to not allow access to the main section of the boards (IE the macro / plugin / UI sections) until the user has been registered for 3 weeks. That would kill the average RPGexpert player and it would actualy demand that people either wait 3 weeks for full acess or donate for fu...
