Yeah so what I'm really saying I guess is I'm noticing a lag problem while using MQ2 that I don't in MQ1 when multiple mobs are on the screen and I'm just using mq2fps plugin to get exact FPS numbers

MQ2 Bug: Very bad lag when 3+ mobs are on the screen

When running MQ2, my FPS is around 30-40 (normal) when idle, fighting 1-2 mobs it's at a normal 30 FPS. Once a third mob enters the screen, FPS drops to 20. Once a fourth mob enters the screen, FPS drops to 10. I have stopped using MQ2 because of this framerate lag/bug as it hinders my hunting abili...

MQ2 Bug: Some commands not working correctly

1) /who does not show the MQ version of /who in the MQ window. It looks like a regular SOE-type /who. I have checked my "/filter macros all" and /whofilter and cannot resolve this issue.

2) /zem does not show anything or report any errors

What compiler are you using? Open the readme.html in the Release folder. Scroll down to the compiling process instructions. What you're looking for should be in there. I use Visual Studio .NET 2003 and by following EXACTLY the instructions for .NET 2003 compiler in the readme.html resolved the same ...

Request/Idea -- Alternate text-based EQ client?

Is this possible? I was checking out of EQIM and was wondering if it was possible to program an alternative client that lets you control your character from a chatbox... In another MMORPG, Ragnarok Online, macro programs were able to connect to the game server and run characters through a seperate, ...
