ShowEQ detects the packets being sent from the server and decodes them. You need a second computer and Linux, there is no such thing for Windows. Doing so is basically just asking to be banned, obviously server side stuff is a lot easier to catch, and client side you can't do too much anymore, since all of the data is stored on the server.
