New or Old...

Post by ap50 » Fri Oct 11, 2002 7:52 am

The common quote is:
New UI is for playing, Old UI is for macroing
Personally, I hate New UI anyway.. slow as hell in inventory and such.

Viva la OldUI

Play in the old UI, and start the macro. If you get that message, change your resolution... Go from whatever reso you are at all the way through back down to 640x480, and start the macro again, that usually works.

Loaded up old UI, run it in 1024x768.
Loading up macro for kiola´s.
Then it says finding brew berrel.
Then nothing happends and when I push I for inventory a kiola sap comes up on my pointer and the macro ends.
Thats bout what happends =)

Stupid question time... You're stood NEXT to a Brew barrel aren't you, you're not expecting your toon to walk and find the nearest one aren't you...

Ok, that aside, from where you're stood, can you manually open the brew barrel, if so, does the brew barrel overlap any of your inventory windows or bags when they're open too?

Yea, stood next to a berrel, and it overlaped one of my bags with casks think that might be the problem?
How do you suggest i set it up? make a new toon with 8 handmade backpacks?

I know it's easier said than done, but try and open your bags in turn and ensure they don't overlap either each other(though this shouldn't be a problem if you don't have any bags open when you start skilling anyway), your inventory screen or the brew barrel.
