Hi...
Well I am a complete newb at all of this stuff. I guess my one question is is does MQ2 work with just plain ole Everquest? I tried to make a simple forage Macro last night and it did not work. I didn't know if I had to download this or not. I am also wondering just how much does EQ catch people using the macro system? I am considering getting another account to use for this primarily so I can keep my main safe. Any suggestions, Smears, Laughs and such for me?
HELP!

its ok bro, the name is a bit misleading. MQ2 is made for everquest, and was originally just MQ, until the programmer(s) completely reworked it and they simply couldn't call that much work an update. so MQ2 was born....or thats how it was explained to me, i was unconscious at the time =D

Is this safe to download? And where do I find the accurate information for what I need to do so I can print it.

No.. nothing here is safe to download. You can find accurate information by reading the stickys and other posts on this board. Try using SEARCH if you have questions.

On a side note, don't start topics/posts like this because people tend to ignore them.
And most can tell if someone is a n00b just by reading what they have to say.

first things first, READ THIS POST
http://www.macroquest2.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=5371
second, the download from the main MQ2 page = the only "safe" download in terms of viri/trojans...note, you MUST EXPECT TO BE BANNED using this software. while you probably wont be (unless you run AFK macro's in PoK while shouting "I use MQ2!! Fuk you Sony!!") there is the possibility, so dont come whining to us if you lose your account. we'll just give you a wedgie and laugh at you.
