It has complete inventory in the spell bar itslef so no more clickin back and forht between inventory window .. ALl the backpacks and Inventory spot are clickable and accessible right from the spell bar .. THis also shows yer Current HP / Mana Max HP /Mana and HP / Mana Regen rate per tick. HAs a spell cast bar and shows Target , Target Guild, Level Class. And last but not least it contains the new spell gem. Now if you do not have OOW the bottom right spell gem will not display. It will also not appear if you do not have the ability to have the new spell gem .. SO it will not casue any conflicts if you dont have either ..
