Weird Thing

Kept seein a merchant's dialogue to another player today. I'm cautious about my actions around other people, so I'm peekin around - and this guy is nowhere to be seen. I do a quick /who and find out he's over 2000 ticks away from this merchant! My guess is he's doing buy/sell/combine in a "safe" place away from the merchant, or doing multiple merchant combines. My question is - How? Is there a way to do this with MQ, or is he somehow hacking memory locations to right click the merchant from anywhere? Surefire way to get banned, if you ask me.

Pretty well known hack.. and begging to be banned. Stay far away from that fool.
