Nuking Macro from a text in log

Nuking Macro from a text in log

I would like to know if this is possible to do, i 3 box and the alt-tab is killing my arm.... I would like a macro that ex: if i pull a mob with a spell like dooming darkness it would do a wait 10 seconds then use hotkey 1 by it self.

hotkey would be a eq macro with 3 nukes.. so that would mean i would have to alt-tab to my nuker.
