need help with sp6

i know this doesnt have anything to do with mq2 but i am having troubles installing the sp6 for visual basic (censor: i'm an idiot; please ignore me) 6. when its installing it i get an error message that says the setud couldnt open the file msrdO20.dll

did you install VB or VBS?
