group exp versus raid exp

I have a druid that I use mq for and he normaly sits outside of group becuase the group is full.

What I am wondering is what the impact on experience for everyone would be if I made a raid so that the druid would get exp as well.

I know with a full group of 6 the 6th person does not lower the experience per kill. Would changing to a raid mess that up ?

Making it raid exp totally kills the exp for everyone. It seriously quarters (if not worse) the exp recieved per mob.

Even making a 6 person raid hinders exp.
