Non-Targetables?

Did they change the way non-targetables are seen? Talking to a ranger who swears several non-targetables are up but I'm not getting them on /who or on the map.

yes "they" did and you will have an easier time with /who next zip

in the meantime you can do this:
/who npc invis <name>

I'd assume this would explain my problems yesterday where both zlandicar and talendor showed up on seq but not on /who npc zland or /who npc tal? What changes were made to make these mobs invisible to /who because those two were still trackable via standard eq tracking once i got clsoe enough. Or is this compeltly unrelated?

which is actually up RIGHT NOW but i havent switched the link over.
