Target Circle for Bards

Just wondering. Would it be possible to make a target circle exactly the size of a persons AE range? So if you were AE kiting you could target one of the mobs and run your pattern making sure you were within that target circle when your song actually went off. I'm sure there is probably a limitation to that, but it struck me yesterday that it might be kinda cool if you could.

/mapfilter castradius 30

lag kind of changes the exact radius a bit because the server will be seeing you and the mobs in a slightly different location than you see yourselves in when you complete the casting
