query AA timers?

Is there a way to check if an AA is available? I guess I could go ahead and use /alt activate and then trigger an event based on the "You can use <blank> again in <blank> seconds". But i hope there is an easier way.

Hit V to bring up your AA window and click on the ability you are interested in-it wiill tell you down in the summary how much is left before you can use it again

I meant as part of a macro. Does MQ2 have access to this info?
