Loading New Plugins

When using MQ2 if you have a new plugin to add what does a plugin have to consist of to add to MQ2. Like the plugin's I have consit of an INI file 2 .cpp files which are C++ and i'm wondering where do these files need to be added inorder for MQ to notice the plugin?

Loading what offsets? wtf are you talking about?

If you're talking about using MQ to edit memory addresses to offset hack via plugin...You're on the wrong site.
