Trying to run a chantkite macro.

Post by Frankiebone » Sun Dec 14, 2003 1:11 am

I'm trying to run the bard chantkite macro from this thread.

I'm trying to run it on a lvl 25 bard, with lvl 6 Selo's memmed in slot 1, lvl 12 Brusco's memmed in slot 2, and lvl 6 Healsong memmed in slot 3. When I Target a mob and attempt to run the macro, I get this text:

[MQ2] usage: zero string
Cleared the following: Timers Vars Arrays
The current macro has ended.

I'm a complete noob to MQ as you've probably figured out, but i'd really appreciate some help. Thanks!

Did you type it in like it said?

Example:

/mac chantkite 1 2 3 1023 820 25

Where, 1 is the gem slot you have Selo's memmed. 2 is where your CoD is memmed, and 3 is where your heal is memmed. 1023 is X loc, 820 is the Y loc, and 25 the radius.

NOTE: Don't actually use the loc values I put in, that's just for the example (Just put in the loc of the area you want to kite). If your selo's was gem 5, it would look like /mac chantkite 5 2 3 .. etc.

I havn't actually tried the mac but I believe that is what the format would need to look like.

Btw, if you're just doing brusco's you can raise the raidus to something like 45 and be safer.
