buff bot?

Hi, just looking for a simple buff bot macro. For instance, it would watch tells and group chat for key words like "pot9" or "virtue" and would target the person and cast if they are in range. Maybe if they were out of range "/reply you're OOR"

Also if the keyword came from a tell it would "/reply [buff] is incoming" or if it came from the group "/g [buff] is incoming"

I tried genbot but there's way too much there for my needs : )

Would this be hard to do?
