spawn ids without targeting?

Post by boredom » Thu Sep 18, 2003 12:54 am

Still looking at building an agro list for my character. Was wondering if there is any way to get spawn IDs within a radius (say, 25) without switching targets to everyone in that radius. currently the only way I know is to switch targets. I suppose it wouldn't be to bad. /who npc radius 25 notid <agrolist ids> and if it doesn't come up with 0, /target npc radius 25 notid <agrolist ids> to target a new agro. then $target(id) is added to my agro list. any better suggestions?

Code: Select all

/varset THEID $spawn(name,"$NPC",id)
	/target id $THEID
$spawn has some interesting uses, not sure that will help you though... Ill put it on my todo list...

notid

Post by boredom » Sat Sep 20, 2003 10:59 am

looking for help with notid. /who npc notid $target(id) does not remove current target from the /who list. /target npc notide $target(id) seems to work fine for me though. anyone else having this problem?
