Feature Request: Speech

Just and idea that would be usefull for us 2 boxers. I currently use a program called EQWatcher to read out tell, guild chat and alert me about other things such as buffs about to expire e.t.c It works pretty well but it would be a lot cooler if I could get MacroQuest to have speech alerts then I wouldnt need to use EQWatcher. Also maybe a method to send email from MacroQuest.
