channels

Post by Kint » Mon Jul 14, 2003 7:17 pm

I have a macro where the user defines the default channel, and code would go something like

Code: Select all

sub Event_cure
$channel cure incomming
/return
the problom is with this, I get(say channel is /g) error: "cannot parse /g cure incomming"

to fix that I do something like

Code: Select all

sub Event_cure
/if n 1==1 $channel cure incomming
/return
that fixes it, but it's not one that I'd like to use.

I've also been using /rs lately as a channel, and my quick fix doesn't work for that.

I've seen in the manual something like #chat but it says it doesn't work for /rs. can anyone give me some help with this problom?

thanks[/code]
