GAMEPLAY PROBLEMS POST PATCH

It seems there is a gameplay issue after the most recent patch causing many people to crash to desktop when they try to zone.
There has been no word yet from Sony on what might be causing the problem, but we can probably expect an emergency patch sometime soon.

We'll keep you informed as we learn more.

Does this fix the CLICK issue as well?

These seem to work so far...

I haven't tried them with anything other than the /tar and /face though...

Holding off on using the old ui trick for tradeskills in hopes of the update that works with the new ui.

I also had a window pop up after the patcher saying incorrect client version, with today's date. Macroquest, of course, has not worked for me today. I'm certainly not a macro genius, so could anyone help me out please?
Thanks :)

Just change the ClientVersion line to whatever the time/date stamp on your EQGame.exe is... easy!

Either that or take the lazy route and set ClientOverride to 1... you'll have to keep your eyes on the patcher if you do that because any future update of eqgame.exe will be unnoticed by MQ and Everquest will likely just crash until you update the offsets.

How do you check the time/date stamp on your eqgame.exe? I'm trying to get rid of that pop up window about macroquest being the wrong version as well..

It was fine last night before the emergency patch.

Getting incorrect version number after the 29/01 patch. Your offsets were working for me yesterday but these new ones appear broken.

Edit: Found the problem, your TUE needs to be a WED

Eqgame.ini and macroquest.ini in your release directory.. Open with notepad and it's in the first few lines. Just match it to what they have here, and add in what the other people have said to make it work.. I.E. Wednesday instead of Tuesday, ect

Unsure if eqgame.ini needs to be edited as well, but I did anyway and it works fine.

Yes I know how to change the date/time for the client version.

However is the 04 a typo in the minute, or was it that on your client? Because mine says 02.
