MMM Key macro?

On my main, a year or two ago, I used a macro called "3mkey" or something like that, to set the teeth in the key for access to MMM. I'm trying to do it again on another toon, but I can't find the macro anywhere, I've searched as much as I can here, but no luck, any ideas?
