I have been out of the EQ/MQ loop for a bit and was going to start playing again. Can anyone tell me if MQ is now safe to use with the new UI or is it still *highly* recommended that we use the old UI?
If this is documented somewhere, don't be rude, just let me know where. I have downloaded the latest version but didn't see any info relating to what interface should/can be used.
Thanks.

Use the "SEARCH" button and open your eyes.

/sigh
I did try searching AlphaBeta. The things I found are in posts that can not be using the latest release. That is why I am asking here. As best I can tell the click issue still exsists so I will continue to use the old UI.
I am not complaining mind you. I really appreciate all the work that is done to keep MQ going. I was just looking for a straight answer based on the latest release.

Either interface can be used. However click still doesn't work in NewUI.

Isn't there still a bug that can cause you to lose all your character's inventory if you zone while running a macro with the new UI?

When was that fixed Riz? I've been keeping an eye on CHANGES.txt, there has been no mention of it being fixed...?

I've been afraid to use MQ in the newUI ever since I've seen this bug rear its ugly head. Recently for some reason I started being brave, and I've accidently zoned with a macro running in the newUI, much to my suprise I popped up on the other side of the zone with all my equip in tact (not to mention, the macro kept running as well through the zone).
Glad to see this bug STOMPED!

Well, I guess I'll give it a shot tonight then. My Cleric has got some nice gear, I really don't want to lose.
