how do I use a listbox?

I've figured out how abit, but one thing that eludes me, is figuring out which item in a listbox is selected.

For example, in using the TradeskillWnd, I can use:
Window[COMBW_RecipeListArea].Child[COMBW_RecipeList]:ListSelect[27]
Which will select the 27th item on my search list.

I can use
Window[COMBW_RecipeListArea].Child[COMBW_RecipeList].List[27]
To get the name of the 27th item on the list...

I can even use
Window[COMBW_RecipeListArea].Child[COMBW_RecipeList].List[Marmalade Sandwich]
To figure out what the list index for "Marmalade Sandwich" is.

But, what I haven't been able to figure out, is how to determine which item in the list is currently selected. Anyone able to shed some light on that?


edit: nm, ListSelect doesn't seem to work like that. It does highlight, but it doesn't update the other part of the window.
I found http://www.macroquest2.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=11355 where it talks about using listselect and leftmouseup, but this doesn't seem to work for isxeq.

Also, if I read correctly, there isn't a way to determine which item is selected in a listbox, at least for mq2. I assume that'll hold true for isxeq too then.

On a further note, in mq2, you can use other columns, not just the first one, but I don't think this works in isxeq.
