Old MQ2 version?

I need a really old version of MQ2, and I was wondering if there was anyone that might have it. I am looking for the version that works on the December 22, 2003 Client. I realize that is quite old but I do belive MQ2 was out at that point correct? If not, anyone happen to have the MQ1 source for that time?
