I was wondering why no one ever responds to my requests to know how to create my own offsets?

Is it that big of a secret? I mean I don't mind leeching them from the forums, but I would like a crack at doin it myself if some one would explain to me how it is done.

heres the deal.

its not hard.

it
a) requires some intelligence
b) requires some programming tools
c) requires a little bit of time to teach...

so we tend not to make a big deal of sharing it and taking the half hour it takes when the new offsets are normally on before servers go live...
