This little 1 liner will check everyone in the current zone that is within 4 levels of you. It's nice on zek.

/alias /wl /who pc range ${Math.Calc[${Me.Level}-4]} ${Math.Calc[${Me.Level}+4]}

or you could just slap this in MacroQuest2.ini and reload MQ2

/wl=/who pc range ${Math.Calc[${Me.Level}-4]} ${Math.Calc[${Me.Level}+4]}
