Chat Bug

I am using the Oct 25 offsets as posted by Mod2k as Offset 25-10 (as compiled by Nerfy)

AND

The Oct 24 IRC release.

Everything seems to be ok so far EXCEPT script is not listening to chats and parsing them for commands.

Suggestions on an offset collection I should be using or other issues I am not aware of about /doevents?

Appreciate any insights
