#1 updating MQ2 is the same as updating MQ1, except less of a pain for everyone involved. instead of having to use windiff because every modification you make is built into the source, you just overwrite all the old MQ2 api and all your changes are still in your custom plugins. explain what you mean
#2 MQ2 does everything MQ1 did and more, except that the telnet plugin is broken. explain what you mean
#3 MQ1 would be 100% dead if MQ2 telnet wasnt broken
#4 bulky isnt really the term. MQ2 is a development platform and thus the API is extended beyond what MQ1 had -- we can steal every class member function directly for example.
