I started using GMT here because people were posting times from half a dozen different time zones, and there was no way to follow the actual chronological order of updates. GMT seemed logical, since a lot of programmers (and hackers) are used to working with it.
For those that have trouble (Americans):
Eastern Standard Time = GMT - 5 hours
Central Standard Time = GMT - 6 hours
Pacific Standard Time = GMT - 8 hours
And no one knows what time it is in Arizona.

When I run EQ the MQChat window comes up and says that MQ is active but none of my commands work from either the telnet window or the EQ windows. But the chat traffic does echo in the telnet window. (shouts, oocs ect)
I am running Win2k with the most current zip.
Anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong?
Thanks and keep up the great work.
im going to go crazy

Ok this is the problem I am running into. I am using .NET to compile and I did not open the .sln file but the .dsp file. I will try and use the .sln file when I get home.
Thanks again for all your hard work devs!!

Might be worth mentioning that, in order to get it working, I had do a cvs update -C and make clean. Then I could only build the individual parts of the project.
Now I just have to work out how to make the MQ window go away so I can get stuff back into my main chat window.

Try a) downloading the zip from the downloads page, and b) /filter mqchat off

Try /filter macros all once inside EQ. I had to do this so that my commands where parsed.

I get random crashes when logging off a char now - not to much o fa problem, but somewhat annoying when I need to get off my twink and hurry to a raid.
I also noticed that the MQ-window does not have MQ as a title anymore, but merely a 0 (zero) or O (capital letter o).
