Cast Repeat Macro

Hi
I've been looking at the spell casting macros yet all are very complicated and rely on a number of events etc.

Can anyone help me make one that will just Cast a gem number repeatedly untill i end it? I had one a while ago that used to cast the gem number you entered in and medded you to full and repeated. but i just need to repeated casting.

I use Evercast for something like that.

When playing my necro and someone needs me to feed them, I just put the spell in gem 1, and type /twist 1...

Then again, I have mq2twist set up for my bard, and that works fine for me.
