He probably forgot to do the batch build. Once I did this MQ2 ran fine with no problems. While previous to this, I had the exact same problems he had.[After you built MQ2Main.dll] Now do Batch Build (under Build menu). Make sure everything in the batch build window that says "release" has a check by it. Click Build in the window.
