See, if your little bot is talking on a *real* channel and somehow gets foobared (you forgot a /return or there's a lag spike or something fun like that) and you start blathering in a real channel, you attract attention to yourself very fast.
Attracting attention to yourself = among other things, attracting attention here.
I might assume that you'll have to edit source to eliminate this override, although I don't think I'd advise that...It would stink to get stuck in open channel and be blithering failed parses or whatever else exists w/i your macro.
It might be as simple as putting in a /delay 3 /mqpause following the reply, whereby it would wait 3 seconds and then *unpause*, although I'm not sure of the syntax for ending a pause. I'd suggest a peek at the readme.
Them's just my advice. hehe.

I have written a new macro and see if this problem replicates itself with clean code...
