Latest MQ2 changes

Well sat the 25th everything was running ok , today when i log in mq isnt working.So i head to the mq2site get the newest source , get service pack 6.0 and compile as usual.Mq2 is running eq is running but mq is not working am i the only one with this problem?Did i simply look over something , i know for a fact i compiled it right and all that it has to be somethign else.
