re-newb question - ChatWnd not appearing

I've started playing eq again recently... but when I compiled and ran MQ2 the chat window won't pop up by default. Has something been changed or has it just been so long I don't remember how to do it? I tried unloading/reloading plugin and searched forums but couldn't find anything... sure this is a newb question but I'm stuck lol. thanks for any help.

Do a "/plugin list". MQ2ChatWnd should be on the list. If it is then just type something that normally creates output to the window, like "/who" and it should pop back up. If it is not listed, do "/plugin mq2chatwnd" and that should do it.

I can't get any response from mq2... /who shows nothing. if I like.. say ${} something it'll parse so mq is definitely running, just can't get to any of the ui elements.

hm.. recompiled and it's working fine. maybe I had something from old mq2 still around, deleted everything and started over and it worked. Oh well, delete this thread when it's convenient.
