New Idea.Way point

Can anyone write a plugin that can auto record the point (y,x) you just stand.and save in a ini.have a button will be used. Auto link the way point in a map is much better.

I am to plugin way of make this and could with much of easy, but think much of better alias to one-line be with something could useful stuff to happen? Custombind then of joy could INI file get numbers, and map would satisfy all situations.
