Who would stack items in a combiner?

I never thought much about it but if you want I can add it.

Come to think of it there might be some rare instances they would be stacked. I'll add it.

Thanks for the input!

its good for that whole redundancy thing, sure, you THINK you removed all the thinks one by one, but you might as well take the whole stack just to be safe :)

I know ive lagged while runnign a macro to come back to 10 waters in the combiner =\

 found a typo
/if "$p9"=="" /goto :Combine
/finditem similar "$p8"
second line should have $p9 not $p8

Yeah missed that, thanks!

Truth be told who would need 9 items to combine in a container that they can macro? I added just in case something rare came along....

Question about this macro

Post by LightKnight » Sat Nov 02, 2002 1:25 pm

I've modify it somewhat, but pretty much left the bulk of it alone.

My problem is this.

This code, when Im using an enviro container, isn't allowing me to do the /click left auto, unless the enviro container is closed..

:AutoDrop
/echo attempting to drop
/click left auto
/delay 1
/if "$cursor()"=="TRUE" /goto :AutoDrop

It stays stuck ina a loop, if I close the container manually..it goes on its merry way.

Question:
Is this Supposed to be used witht he new UI? It would only work for me under the old UI if i had everything I was combining (Water Flask, Smithy Hammer, and Block of Medium Quality Ore) in the same bag. Also, that bag had to be the first one in my inventory. Any other spot and it wouldn't work.

HELP!

Randomwiz,

Save yourself a headache and always use the old UI while macroing. Also, take note that /click doesn't currently work with the new UI.

I can't get it to target the forge...am I missing something, or is it broken?

/itemtarget "forge"

yields nothing...

Are you actually putting the quotes in? Remove them...
/itemtarget forge
that should work, but...
/itemtarget "forge"
won't.

I use it with the forge, its been updated so you dont have to put anything special into it to use the forge... my comand line looks like this
/macro combine forge "small piece of ore" "water flask"

or whatever you want it to do... that makes metal bits, and it works awesome,...
Good Job Gengis :)

Combine.mac Problems

Post by Zynid » Sun Nov 17, 2002 4:38 am

I have been using this macro fine for some time, and I LOVE it! But now for some reason it won't work. When it comes to the point where it normally opens the combiner, it appears to freeze the game for a second, then picks the first item out of my inventory without opening the combiner. And I just used it 20 minutes ago.

working well but....

Post by serberus » Tue Nov 19, 2002 5:11 am

This macro works well but i've found two errors that occasionally pop up:

If you try to combine just 1 item, specifically:

/macro combine oven "jumjum cake"

For the Misty Thicket Picnic, it kept taking the first primary inventory slot (picking up a bag), when I empited primary, it moved ontop secondary.

One other problem which i'm not too clear on:

Occasionally the script will do nothing when run, re-ordering the contents of your bags to match the order you typed in the ingredients seemed to fix this, specifically.

I stood at the loom in Rivervale with 4 mandrake root in my inventory.

/macro combine loom "mandrake root" "mandrake root"

it proceeded to do nothing, I did not change the order of my inventory for the mandrake root ocmbine, I just did it manually.

Using Old UI + EQW + Fullscreen

I hotkey'd the commands if that makes any difference, but I don't think so as most worked.
