Simple Enchanter Buff Request Macro Help

Well ive been using Afcleric.mac for a while now and recently started boxing an enchanter at raids who mainly is a buff whore... basically looking for a /tell "buff" and for it to cast it on them, if not in range, say oor and so on. I looked at Buffbitch.mac but it seem like way more then i needed. any code or parts that anyone has used in the past would be great!

should prolly change it to c5 and just VoQ, not VoQ me
