Learning how to create macors

I am new to this stuff and was interested in learning on how to create macros Does anyone know where i can learn on how to start creating macros.

i learned from the readme.txt and by looking at macros here: http://macroquest2.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=2

just broke them down and tried to learn how they worked.
