Problems with EQ using MQ

I have been using macroquest for awhile now with no problems at all, but recently whenever I open up MQ Everquest stops responding. If I am in a zone and I cast a spell, the spell gems will never refresh nor does the spell go off. If I zone after opening MQ then I never pop from the zone. If I open MQ before EQ then I can get to the char select, but can not zone into the world.

The only change I have made recently is upgraded to DirextX9c. Has anyone else noticed this issue and or have suggestions for a fix? I have tried recompling.

Same thing happened to me. I forgot my spells and reloaded my spell set and was gtg.

No idea what caused my needing to do that......

try loading MQ before EQ?

I always have MQ running before EQ, but it works loading it mid-game as well.

it works mid-game for us.. but obviously not for them *grin*.

Mine hangs for a sec when I load MQ after EQ... but never permanently, so I can't help you other than recommending you try it with MQ loaded first.
