what is the eqgame.ini ?

i have done a search for it and i checked in C:\Program Files\EverQuest.

is this some thing found in EQ?

EQGAME.INI is the configuration file that contains the offsets (memory addresses if you want) of the various aspects of the game MacroQuest affects.

It should be, as Riz says above be in your MacroQuest folder. At a guess, you've extracted the file (and possibly all the others in MacroQuest to) directly into your EverQuest folder.
