Key binding going wrong once MQ loaded

Anyone could point me where the key binding is done in the code so i can resolve the issue please ?

ok, found something with the /bind eqlist

STRAFE_LEFT is bound to RIGHT but i can't enter the ~ symbol to rebind the alternate binding (where RIGHT is put)

I have also some strange binding like UP bound to DOWN and DOWN to UP, STRAFE bound to arrow keys, etc

Is it a way to change it outside of the game (because i can't rebind in game due to the ~ symbol) ?
