Help tracking down a error

Hi,

Im rather new to MacroQuest, and i must say you have all done a great job with this project, and i thank you all! I have just finished compileing the program and have it working perfectly with eq.
However, im trying to add the genbot macro into it, and i can't seem to get it to work. I keep geting the same error on 2 diff. machines. I have tried re-cutting and pasteing the code for all components including advpath.inc and advpath2.inc
Here is the error output i am getting in eq's macro window:

Open every single file in your text editor of choice and replace all instances of

< with <

and

> with >

not to mention but if that is yer chars name... you might wanna get rid of it...

might get ya flamed or in trble

i was getting the exact same error. i checked advpath.inc and advpath2.inc and did global replacements based on the above posts for > and < . worked like a champ. thanks so much for the help

The fix worked perfectly for me. Being brand new to MQ, I doubt I would have figured it out. Thanks cid dropper.
