Will always return Pet Not Hasted

Try:

PetHaste=3,570,770,255,255,255,${If[${Pet.Buff["Sha[color=red]`[/color]s Ferocity"].ID}<=0,Pet Not Hasted,Pet Hasted]}

i.e. using ` instead of '
