European keyboard issues...just found something, help needed

Current issues about the keyboard on european servers are happening because we had a change in the keyboard handling routines of the EQ client a long time ago. We need to use our numeric keypad (2,4,6 and 8) in order to get the things working.

Could anybody tell me how I could make changes to the MQ2 code in order to ignore arrow keys (which are currently leading to black screen/disconnect for me) or better, to force the program to recognize them as 2,4,6 and 8 on the numeric keypad ?

And another question is : what do I put in place of /keypress UP to trigger the NUMPAD 8 key in macros ? (sorry, I know it's a lame question, I'm not really a coder and I don't know the exact denomination).

why cant you use /keypress forward instead of the key? keypress was originally designed to not use the key names at all. /bind eqlist to see the list of possibilities.

also, no idea what you're trying to say for the keypad

Forget about /keypress, it does work now.

I tried to play with /bind but it didn't work, in fact, the problem doesn't come from the keys binding but from the way the keys are handled by Macroquest 2.

When I press some keys (up, down, left, right, insert, delete, home, end, page up, page down) even if they are not bound on an european keyboard while playing on an european server (it doesn't happen on US servers with the same keyboard), many things happen in less than 1 second such as black screen, screenshot, UI windows hidden and shown, cast a spell and insta camp (oO).
