lately ive been trying to clear up space on my ui, so ive figured that a /hp /mana in a small macroquest window would be efficient

does anyone know how i could make an ongoing /hp and /mana to spam every 6 seconds, or furthermore every time i lose/gain hp/mana?

im sure its possible and wont be too hard to work around, can anyone show me how?

Just make a UI mod to have your HP and Mana printed somewhere. It'll autoupdate and no spam to deal with. There's several windows you can use for this that almost never get used otherwise.
