Description for the /face command is wrong in the html readme. Well to be precise the table with explainations of the switches is incorrect.

Might also be worth mentioning that if you have the Phantom Cursor problem then simply switch resolutions within EQ to get rid of it.

Add a way to filter what's sent to the console window, i.e. not combine messages, etc.

Damn Riz...why don't you just toss all that work you did on the Read Me out the window and answer all the Noob questions?

Filters are listed in the Manual basics. Go and RTFM and learn a thing or 2.

You're just getting too soft on me Riz. It's ok, I got your back.

Feature Request

Post by macromage » Tue Oct 01, 2002 4:50 pm

Love the telnet server...

Will we have any variable information added with it beyond /telnet?

ie
/if $telnet(ip,1)!="127.0.0.1" /goto :UnAuthorizedUser

Yes, I am paranoid.

If you just want to check against localhost, theres already a MacroQuest ini option that does that.

Actually, any checks against IP should be done through the ini, imho. An ACL-type of setup.

Actually I would prefer the option of both...

Say I connect on my second account in the other room and I want to see the output of both accounts.

I could send a tell "accept 123.123.123.123" (or some other event to set a variable) and then the macro could then dynamically allow telnet connections.
