Love the mac ml. Thank you for sharing it :)

Anyone have a tweaked out enchanter ini they are willing to share. I am mainly looking to mez 1 add and tash slow the main assist.

The only problem I saw was that my enchanter mezzed both mobs after I pulled 2. I am not sure if this is due to my small radius though. I am in a small safe spot, so I only want to debuff what is real close to me. Any ideas of how to better tweak this ini?

Maybe I'm missing something, but is there a way to force the bot to do debuffing in the order of debuffs as listed in the ini at all times (even if having to wait for recasts)?

Started playing with this macro this weekend and there are just a few things that I am not sure how to do. I use it on a Shaman with a Mage as my main.

What I have questions on is this:
Is there a way to get the shaman to buff the mage pet?
Can the shaman report his mana to me, that way I know when he is low.
Is it possible to set the MA to the mage's pet?

The macro works great just wondering if these are things I can do with advbot.

The only way it would go in absolute order is if you left all of the conditions at default values (you could still set duration). Otherwise, no, if you are giving it a condition to wait for X amount of HP and the next debuff is set to go anywhere from 0 to 100 HP then duh.. it is going to go off first.

There is no automated way to keep buffs on the mages pet but yes you can buff him. Just make a hotkey on the mage with this in it (Assuming you are giving the command from the mage):

/tell shamanname buff all ${Target.CleanName}

Then hit that hotkey after you have the mages target as the pet.


I'll have to add the mana thing at some point but no it isn't in there yet.


You can set the MA to the pet but you'd have to change this line of code, I'll go ahead and make the change for the next posting so you won't have to keep changing it:

I'm having a problem with the bot attempting to debuff out of order as well. The only HP condition I am setting is wait until the mob is below 99% life on both debuffs. I don't want him debuffing anything i have not done damage to yet.

Would it be possible to add something along the lines as an option in the ini file, where a debuff will not be cast until previous debuffs have been cast? Or a debuff being cast is dependant on another being already cast. For example malos is in slot #1 and slow is in slot #2. Slow would not be attempted until malos had been cast, even if all other conditions are met.

That's exactly what I'm looking for, but personally I want to start the 2 debuff cycle (malos then slow) whether or not the mob is damaged. But with the long recast on Malos, if there's more than one mob in my radius it will attempt (and reattempt if failure) to slow the 2nd mob since Malos hasn't refreshed.

you shouldnt have issues with debuffing using malos / slow as a shaman.

*SHOULDN'T* yet, there is a problem. For my shaman I use Malos, Slow, and Bane. It has worked up until a recent change in the macro. Now for some reason, the shaman is slowing, baneing, and then malosing. Nothing has changed in my INI file. All 3 are set to occur at 99% life. As a matter a fect they are all 3 set to occur at the same condition.

I haven't changed any code relating to debuffs. I won't be adding/fixing anything for at least a week. Busy with work.

Odd behavior with Selfbuff On and Debuff On

I just wanted to mention this, and I understand you are busy. I just want to mention for future referance.

One of the situations that came up tonight was being in charge of debuffing 6 mobs every 5-6 minutes. For this encounter, I have set up a seperate ini file to just have my 2 self buffs (a click, and an aa; both have iconcheck=1), and a single debuff (a spell cast)with a timer of 400 seconds. Self buff check at 15s, debuff at 3s.

While debuffs were active, selfbuffs would not fire at all. Soon as I turned off debuffs, selfbuffs would check and cast.

I have not been able to check it under different circumstances, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

The macro dosn't buff if there is more then 1 NPC in the area and debuffing is turned on. If you want it to ignore the mobs you could remove the "&& (${VarNpcCount}<2 || ${PauseDebuffs}==1))" from both lines or increase the number that is being checked against.

That makes a lot more sense now. I just have never had mobs in radius for that long that the self buffs wouldn't cycle.

This is becoming a core macro that i use to bot toons in groups and on raids, tho there is one change id like to see.

I would like to see a nuke / dot section rather than it being as part of the debuffs.

There are times when all i want my enc to do is toss some nukes / dots on mobs. i dont want her to try and debuff (typically because there are so many other encs around doing it)

Would also cut out some of the naming confusion.

Just a thought.

It truly is an awesome macro.
